1/2 cup coconut oil
1 cup Coconut Butter
1/4 cup Desiccated coconut
3 Tbsp cacao powder
2 Tbsp maple syrup
Pinch of sea salt
1 tsp vanilla extract
- Melt together the coconut oil and coconut butter on the stovetop or in the microwave.
- Add the rest of the ingredients and mix to combine.
- Taste the mixture and make sure it is sweetened to your liking. Add extra maple syrup if you think it needs it.
- Pour the raw chocolate into a container lined with baking paper. Alternatively, you can use silicone chocolate molds or mini cupcake liners.
Makes approx 20 pieces
